Felt safe the whole time. Very comfortable. Quiet. Coffee on in the lobby all day! Seeing the construction on the building showing the care in maintaining a safe facility. There are three different restaraunts on the ground level.

Nice newer hotel, modern and bright. Decent breakfast bar for guests. Coffee too. *Join and book through booking.com, we saved over $120 for our 3 night weekend stay. Pets are allowed, $75/stay. Nice suite with a curtain between the bed and couch, not a wall. Full size refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher! Weird how you have to put your keycard into a slot to keep the kitchen light on.

It was clean and comfortable. it was nice to have a full kitchen and plenty of space. The curtain between beds and couch is a nice touch. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool uses salt rather than chemicals. Pool was slightly cold but not too bad. The area was great. We were able to walk to dinner, and it was a short drive to downtown.

The room had a curtain you can pull out to add privacy between the bed and sofa which was also a pull out bed. Instead of paper cups there was glasses and regular dishes, there was a microwave and large refrigerator. Very eco friendly! It allows pets , good selection for breakfast. We were there for the Iowa State Fair and got back late, the only problem is small parking lot, and if they don't have any spots available to park, you have to park in the street which is hard because homeowners don't have driveway so they park in street. We did get lucky and managed to find a spot in the lot when we came back from the fair. Staff was friendly, rooms good size.

Everything from management to staff to the corner by the toilet stall was exceptional. I’ve paid twice as much for a room of lesser value. Best experience I’ve ever had with a motel and will stay here every time I come this way on I-80.
